This is a hands-on class! Join Chef Tara as she guide students, through the process of how to make the sophisticated Beef Wellington. Beef Wellington is made with beef tenderloin, seasoned mushrooms (duxelles) prosciutto and puff pastry. Time & technique are the other key ingredients to learning this truly impressive entree. Each student will learn how to make their own beef wellington. Chef Tara will demonstrate the additional side dishes, which include thyme & gruyere scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts Caesar salad and cranberry Christmas cake. Students will enjoy the full menu as a meal shared together. Come join us on how to make, what’s considered one of the hardest main dishes to make. A beautiful main dish presentation and flavorful side dishes for the upcoming holidays. All recipes to go home with each student. Students ages 17+are welcome to register for this class.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
