Welcome the season of renewal with a vibrant menu inspired by the fresh, bright flavors of spring! This class is perfect for welcoming spring with light, seasonal dishes that are as fresh as they are delicious. Join Chef Tara for a hands-on cooking experience that highlights seasonal ingredients and dishes perfect for the warmer days ahead. Menu: * Spring Pea and Mint Soup: A light and refreshing start, featuring sweet peas blended with fresh mint and a touch of cream. * Herb-Crusted Salmon: Pan-seared salmon fillets topped with a fragrant mix of fresh herbs and breadcrumbs. * Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken: Juicy chicken marinated with fresh lemon, thyme, and rosemary, roasted to golden perfection. * Lemon Asparagus Risotto: Creamy Arborio rice infused with zesty lemon and tender, crisp asparagus. * Mixed Greens Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette: A colorful medley of spring greens, radishes, and orange segments tossed in a tangy, house-made citrus dressing. *Panna Cotta with Lavender Whipped Cream. Students will work in pairs to complete the menu, which will be shared family style. All recipes to go home with each student. Students 16+ may register for this class. Allergies may be considered, but not guaranteed. Please call BEFORE registering for a class, our cancellation policy applies. Gift Cards are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
