Get ready to indulge in the rich, bold flavors of the south! This class is Hands-On. These are timeless recipes, adored by the warmth and charm of Southern hospitality. This class will leave you inspired, to recreate these dishes at home for family and friends. Students will work in teams of 2 , creating the menu to be shared family style. Don't worry if you don't sign up with a partner, strangers make fast friends in our kitchen! Please remember, each guest must have a paid seat. Everyone leaves with all recipes. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for the class. Please read the menu! Full Menu Oven Baked Southern Hot Honey Chicken & Waffles. Shrimp & Grits, creamy and perfectly seasoned. Jalapeno, Cheddar, Green Chili Spoon Bread, bursting with flavor! Bourbon Meatballs, simmered in a rich homemade sauce. Southern Peach Cobbler. This menu truly speaks for itself! Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
