This is what you've been asking for! Cooking up a full menu of hearty Plant Based Chili's & Healthy Winter Salads! That's right, no meat and we promise, you won't even miss it! This menu is actually vegan, with only dairy served on the side as an option for those who prefer it. Join us as we pair up into teams, creating this hearty and healthy menu together. Class is limited to 14 students. Everyone will enjoy full bowls everything together and receive all the recipes to take home. Registration is open to students 13+ Menu Sweet Potato & Black Bean Veggie with Quinoa Chili, Southwestern Spices, Avocado and More! Creamy White Chickpea Chili, includes Coconut Milk, Onion, Green Chilies, Spices and Avocado. Mushroom Walnut Chili with Spoked Paprika, Chili Beans, Onion, Garlic, Peppers and more! This one looks and tastes, just like meat based chili! Winter Caesar Salad with Romaine, Kale, Broccoli, Brussels, Delicata Squash, and a Lemon Tahini Dressing. Healthy Harvest Salad including Red leaf Romaine, Cabbage, Apples, Edamame, Carrots, Peppers, Cranberries & Pumpkin. You're going to love how loaded these recipes are! Oh yeah, we'll defiantly finish this tasty evening with a sweet dessert!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
